Overview
A vocational-training partnership that prepares VET trainers and mentors for the digitalised workplace. Accelerated by the COVID-19 shift to remote work, Work 4.0 equips professionals with the digital and practical tools to help disadvantaged learners become more socially, digitally and economically active.
Objectives
- Give VET trainers the digital and practical tools for today's world of work
- Make VET professions more attractive, especially when supporting disadvantaged learners
- Promote social, economic and digital inclusion for marginalised groups
- Reduce pollution through the benefits of remote work

- Development of an e-book on “Smart Working” with best practices
- Systematic Work 4.0 training pathways for VET providers
Results & outcomes
- Digital and social-inclusion mechanisms for disadvantaged learners
- Expanded employment opportunities and a reusable VET training resource
